Philly Convention Goers:

Thanks to all who have registered for the Philly Convention, and who have booked rooms in the convention hotel. We appreciate that very much.

I have the unfortunate job of telling the rest of you that the hotel is now full! What a great problem to have! There is no need to call the Radisson at this point, but we have made arrangements at the Best Western, King of Prussia, which is about two miles from the Raddisson, on the same street. They are holding 50 rooms per night from the 12th through the 18th of October, at the Radisson's rate of $109 per night. Two weeks before the start of the convention, these rooms will be released to the general public, and you may get a room with them, or you many not. So it would be a good idea to go ahead and make your arrangements now.

Call them directly at 610-265-4500, 24 hours per day, to make your reservation. Be sure to mention the AIO to get the group rate. Their regular rack rate is $139, so they're giving us a good deal too.

Everyone needs to understand that the CONVENTION itself is not booked full. If you were planning to come, send in your registration to Robert Sullivan right away. You just will not be able to stay at the Raddison.
